A High-Sensitivity Magnetic Field Sensor Based on PDMS Flexible Resonator

High-sensitivity resonator magnetic sensing requires a significant magnetostrictive response, while the narrow linewidth mode of high-Q can provide high-precision frequency resolution. Therefore, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) flexible with both low Young’s modulus and high optical transmittance is an ideal platform for realizing high-sensitivity sensing. Based on sandwich structure PDMS resonator, mechanism field sensitivity studied, impact changes in refractive index radius sensor device analyzed. In order to optimize sensor, when external acts structure, impacts three aspects are simulated analyzed: different coupling positions radii, mixing ratios. In this paper, we describe a multifrequency spectroscopic system which is ideally suited to EPR investigations of very small single crystals. Our method utilizes oversized resonant cavities and a continuously tunable vector network analyzer. This system provides excellent sensitivity over a broad frequency range from about 30 GHz up to about 120 GHz, and in magnetic fields up to 33 T.
